I emailed the store about my shop experience before I realized I could leave a review here so Ill leave a similar one to give some well deserved recognition. Seemed almost instantly after sending my email I was receiving a call and email from the manager Rob thanking me for letting him know about my experience. That was very nice. I was simply just giving a friend a ride to get a tire service and was very impressed with the whole experience from the phone call inquiring about the service (Dave) to the start and finish of the 30-40 minute visit we were there. The employee that handled the service for us was extremely nice, knowledgeable and hospitable. Not sure of his name. We looked around while we waited and every employee I encountered acknowledged my presence and either smiled or asked if I needed any help. The shop was very clean and decked out in some cool decor that I was admiring. I literally said damn as I walked in. Best customer service I have seen in very long time. Ive never felt more welcomed than I was yesterday. If I was a biker they would for sure have my business.

I just received my bike and American Biker/Rob exceeded all expectations. I live 1000 miles away and I was lucky enough to connect to Rob in sales. He stayed in contact daily and answered all questions. Gave me a great video along with plenty of pictures. I've had a few bikes, mostly Harley road bikes but wanted an adventure bike. It's exactly the way Rob explained! Best experience I've ever had buying a bike or ATV. I wish them all continued success, they work hard to earn it. Thanks again!

I've had quite a few bad experiences at local businesses over the last few years, from rudeness to being told a product isn't there when i can see it on the shelf all the way to being ignored as if you're not even there. So when i walked into American Biker asking for parts for a Honda sport bike, my expectations were not very high, but I was surprised by the two ladies working the parts counter and the mechanic that came from the shop and all the checking going above and beyond to find a universal starter relay for my 1997 cbr900rr was refreshing experience to receive that throwback customer service that nowadays seems to be non existent . Great job to all the people working at American Biker!

I have been to the store many times, "just looking". Everyone has always been friendly. I recently purchased my first V-Twin tri-glide from a friend and took it to American Biker to be checked out. They informed me outright that they do not service the trike portion but could service everything else. I had then service and replace all fluids. I could not be happier with the way I was treated by everyone that I came in contact with, the work done and the cost. I will definitely be back for any upgrades and personalization I may get down. Plus on this day they were hosting a Veterans Organization event on premises, thank you!

Man, I can't even think of where to begin in saying how much I'm thrilled with my experience. Saw a bike on Facebook Marketplace and it was located at American Biker so since it is literally right by my jobsite I stopped in to take a look. Was met by Rob when walked in and he showed me the bike and worked up the numbers for me. I decided to buy the bike the next day so reached out to Rob and he got everything together for me. He never kept me waiting, never got pestered with my 1000 question and was freaking awesome to work with. Then....I came in with a check the next day from my bank and Mark asked if I minded telling me the interest rate I got from my back and when I told him he said he could probably beat that. WHAT? I have a check! They could have just taken the money and been done but NOOOO! Mark saved me 3 interest points! I know they make a little of financing but they should and who cares because it saved me money too. All in all, if your looking to buy a bike, atv, slingshot or whatever go to American Biker. All the people there are awesome and truly appreciate your business. I can't remember names but from the sweet lady at the front doors, who can help with all your accessory and clothing needs to the sweet lady at the parts counter. I'm so grateful for the respect and kindness you all have given me! American Biker, you all set the bar high! Ride on!

I had an outstanding experience at this dealership. The service department found an outdated warranty issue during my 5,000 mile service and went the extra mile to have Polaris to honor it. The staff in both sales and accessories were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. This was my first visit, but it will definitely not be my last. This is an awesome Indian Dealership!

Bought a Indian scout from them , not a big purchase but they have treated me like i dropped a wade , rob and matt were super great . can't ask for any better. PATTy in parts really cool. the lady up front (sorry can't remeber her name) really nice.

My girlfriend and I purchased an Indian Scout Sixty today for a project motorcycle to build. Rob Weil and his staff did an excellent job at putting everything together. Despite some hang ups on our end they were able to pull everything together in 24 hrs! We were able to ride out the following day. I went in on a Sunday afternoon looking for a specific bike. Ann helped me by putting together some information on the bike and my trade. When Rob in sales finished up with another customer he came over as well. Although Rob was out of town during my purchase he stayed in touch and advised me that Marc , the GM would finish my deal. What a great group of people to buy an Indian from. They are truly excellent at customer service!

From my first contact with the salesman that became known to me as Rob Weil, to walking out of the dealership after complete it the finance paperwork with Mark Kimball, is was 100% great purchasing experience.

Is was about 9pm when I made a telephone call making the initial inquiry regarding purchasing a new Polaris. I fully expected to be leaving a message with a salesperson, but to my surprise a gentleman answered the phone and was more than willing to answer any and all questions. After this conversation, Rob Weil advised he would call me in the morning with clarity answers

Both Rob Weil, and later in the purchase process Mark Kimball, are clearly dedicated employees that should be commended for such. I made inquiry as to The Who the owner of the dealership was, and Rich Worley should be very pleased to know how he employees represent his dealership. Both of these employees clearly showed "ownership" in this dealership and it's continued success.

Although I did not meet Mr. Worley, as a retired manager myself, I know this "tone" is set by the top. This is the first time I ever had any interaction with American Biker, or any of these guys, but I will again drive 400 miles to purchase my next Polaris!

I know absolutely NOTHING about motorcycles, and I decided to purchase my 1st with American Biker. First off, I contacted them via Facebook and got an INSTANT reply from one of the salesmen named Rob. I walked in the door and was immediately greeted with the utmost respect and kindness! I already had a bike picked out that I wanted (which is a 2011 Harley Davidson 883 Sportster). Not one time did the staff try and talk me into an Indian or Victory. Then through the finance process, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Finance at any kind of dealership is always a long process and the guy that did it for me was so helpful, talked me through some of the basics with a motorcycle, safety, and his family!! At the time, I did not have the best credit in the world and they took ample time to work it out and get me an even better deal than I could believe. I felt like a personal friend and family to that finance guy! Along with Rob and the amazing saleswoman, Debbie :) If you want a bike, I HIGHLY recommend American Biker if you're looking for someone who truly cares about your wants and needs in your purchase!!
